Learn how the ancient food preserving technique of fermentation can create super nutritious and tasty dishes. Gaby and Hans Wieland from Neantog Kitchen Garden School will show you how to make miso, daikon radish kimchi, fermented squash hummus and beet kvass eggs.

The workshops will include practical sessions and demonstrations and we will finish with a taster plate. Suitable for beginners and more advanced fermentistas.  Interactive and infective and lots of fun.
