The highly anticipated re-opening of the Coach House Hotel in Ballymote is happening this weekend. For the past 4 weeks they have been restructuring and refurbishing the kitchen, bar and restaurant, giving us tasters and sneaky peeks on social media. The new lease holder of the hotel is Mr Christian Antoine who set out to create a warmer atmosphere in the hotel.

The hotel is re-opening on Friday the 1st of December where you can feast on the newly revamped burger menu. The “Friday Burger Night” is back by popular demand with some exciting new additions, like the Asian Fried Chicken Burger- a fillet of chicken marinated in soy, chilli, lime juice, basil, ginger and garlic served with jalapeno mayo & kimchee slaw. Treat yourself to a gourmet burger and a choice of drink for only €15. Plant based dishes are also available across all of the menus.

Lunch will be served from 1pm – 5pm on Saturday with the launch of the new A La Carte menu from 5- 9pm. You will be spoiled for choice with the range of dishes, which are made using fresh, locally sourced produce. Try the Hot ‘n’ spicy chicken wings smothered in a sweet chilli & garlic sauce to start and Sherlock’s grilled 10oz steak with all the trimmings…

The Official Party Night will kick off at 10pm, Saturday the 2nd of December.  Itchy & Scratchy will be there to entertain into the early hours and finger food will be provided throughout the night. If you are starting to feel festive, then join in the fun and enter the Crazy Christmas Jumper Competition on the night.

Sundays are for relaxing so choose from the Sunday lunch menu which is served from 1-8pm and to celebrate the re-opening, kids eat free in the hotel this Sunday.

The hotel also boasts 12 beautiful bedrooms and guests can enjoy a freshly cooked breakfast during their stay. Late checkouts available upon request, just ask when checking in.
