Introduction to Yeast Breads

In this class, learn all the essentials for making your own lovely loaves at home. We’ll focus on White Yeast Loaves, herby Foccacia and a Brioche style sharing bread.  Students will make each dough by hand, by themselves and each bread represents a different style, shape and technique. Light lunch and refreshments will be provided.

Introduction to Sweet Bread

The perfect follow-on from our “Introduction to Yeast Breads”. Learn to make enriched sweet breads and the skills involved in using softer doughs. On the day you will make Chelsea Buns with Butterscotch icing and Seeded Bagels. Students will make each dough by hand, by themselves and each bread represents a different style, shape and technique.  Light lunch and refreshments will be provided.
