Sligo’s top chefs will collaborate once again for Sligo Food Trail’s “Taste of Spring Feast”. The event takes place on Friday 20th of April and follows on from the success of the Harvest Feast in October last year. The Harvest Feast proved to be a true celebration of Sligo’s abundance of fresh local produce, brought together by our talented chefs and this year promises to be even better.

The award-winning chefs will prepare dishes using Sligo’s seasonal, organic and fresh local produce and is set to be another amazing experience for the Banquet attendees. Guests will be greeted with an oyster, craft beer and drinks reception upon arrival with live music providing the entertainment for the evening. This event is a must for all foodies – indulge in a carefully created menu by Sligo’s finest chefs.
