Sligo Food Trail are starting the year on a high! We are thrilled to be shortlisted with Sligo County Council for the 2020 All Ireland Community and Council (LAMA) Awards in the Best Tourism Initiative category sponsored by Failte Ireland. The awards are presented by LAMA and celebrated by IPB Insurance.
The LAMA awards are in their 14th year and they recognise and celebrate the outstanding work and achievements from local Community and County Councils, partnerships and projects that enhance our everyday lives. Sligo County Council have helped and assisted the Sligo Food Trail over the last number of years, for which we are very grateful.
We look forward to the finals which are on Saturday 15th February in the hallowed surrounds of Croke Park.
